I used to be skeptical about vibe coding. But then, I spent two weeks freelancing at Base44. Now, I’m a believer.
So today, we’ll build an AI scriptwriting app in three simple steps.
Step I: First Prompt
I use the IFS formula:
Idea: What’s your app idea?
Features: What should the app do?
💡Pro tip: Start with 2-3 features max.
Style: How should it look and feel? (layout, colors, tone.)
And here’s my prompt:

A few minutes later, my first version is ready:

Step II: Test & Improve
First, I enter my brief: Product, promise, pain point, tone, formula, and duration.
I ask it to write an ad script for 1Password.

I hit ‘Generate Script’ and get a story about a couple whose date gets ruined because they forgot their Netflix password.

The audio and visuals got mixed up, and the formatting is a bit off, but… it’s working!
Besides, even Edison didn’t get his light bulb on the first try.
So, I enter this prompt in the chatbox:

The new version is much better:

I can also edit my script manually.

Next, I click “Generate Visual Storyboard”:

Nice! But still a bit inconsistent.
So I enter this prompt:
“Make sure the storyboards are always consistent and follow the same black and white sketch style.”
I try again, and here’s the result.

Step III: Launch
I hit publish, and my app is live with a domain, Google login, and even analytics.
